Choosing the correct suspension equipment for sensory swings and therapy swings is an important part of creating a safe sensory integration or therapy space. The right setup will depend on your building construction, ceiling structure, available space and the type of vestibular equipment you intend to use. Not every ceiling is suitable for suspended sensory equipment, so we recommend that the structure is assessed by a suitably qualified structural engineer before installation.

Our range includes ceiling suspension hardware, swing suspension kits, safety snaps, rotational devices, height adjustment equipment and specialist suspension accessories for Southpaw sensory integration equipment. Many components are available separately, while complete kits provide the essential parts required for common suspension setups.

Where permanent ceiling suspension is not suitable, Southpaw also offers a range of sensory swing frames and free-standing suspension systems for therapy rooms, schools and clinics. These provide flexible suspension points without relying on the existing ceiling structure, with options available for different room sizes and layouts.
