At Southpaw, your satisfaction is our priority. In the unlikely event that a product purchased may not fully meet your expectations, or you have simply changed your mind and you would like to return it, please follow the below steps. Our aim is to make the process as straightforward as possible and be assured that all transactions are covered by our terms & conditions. If you need to report damage or a fault please use the Report Fault form instead.

How to Return your item
Please fill out the below form within 14 days of receipt & before returning your item. You will have another 14 days to return the item to us. 
 
Items not Eligible for Return

Where a product has been specially ordered, Made to Order, or you have specified a certain colour, unless faulty, we're unable to offer a refund. Eating & hygiene items (including brushes), oral motor products and books are also non returnable. Returns Instructions
You are responsible for the return of the item. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return. Southpaw UK is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Please make sure your Original Order Number is clearly marked on the packaging of the item being returned or please print off the online form and enclose in the package.
