Why We Do Not Supply Wall Fixings
We want every product we supply to be installed safely, securely, and correctly. Because every facility is different, we do not include wall fixings with our wall-mounted equipment.
The reason for this is simple: we do not know what type of wall the equipment will be fitted to. Walls can be made from many different materials, including brick, concrete, plasterboard, timber, blockwork, or other specialist construction types. Each wall type may require a different fixing to ensure a safe and reliable installation.
Supplying a standard set of wall fixings could lead to the wrong fixings being used. This may affect the safety of the installation, damage the wall, or prevent the equipment from being fitted securely.
Rather than provide fixings that may not be suitable for your site, we recommend that the correct fixings are selected by the installer at the time of installation. A qualified installer will be able to assess the wall type and choose the most suitable fixing method for your specific situation.
Where required, our equipment is supplied with the appropriate mounting points or brackets. The wall fixings themselves should be chosen to suit the wall construction, installation location, and condition of the wall.
For added peace of mind, we also offer a professional installation service. Our installation team can assess the wall type on site and ensure the equipment is fitted using suitable fixings for the facility.
This approach helps ensure that your equipment is fitted safely and securely, giving you confidence that it has been installed in the best way for your premises.
